ENJOY A HOLIDAY IN ROTONDA ON THE SOUTH WEST GULF COAST OF FLORIDA USA.

Welcome to our luxury holiday villa in sunny Florida USA. Come and stay in our villa and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle, luxury in a truly unspoilt paradise.
It is a very up market residential area only 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the town, restaurants and bars.
Rotonda is well known for its fresh water canals, circular street patterns and its heritage as a 20,000 acre wildlife refuge.
The villa has 3 large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second has a queen size bed and the third has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors leading out onto the pool. There are two bathrooms one of which is ensuite.

The villa has inside and outside dining areas, a great kitchen with a window overlooking the pool, double sink with a waste disposal unit, large cooker, microwave, dishwasher and an American style fridge/freezer with cubed ice, crushed ice and chilled water dispenser and all the cooking and dining utensils you can think of. In the spacious lounge with its 12 foot high ceiling you have leather sofas, a 48” flat screen television, DVD, VCR, stereo radio cassette and CD player also a selection of movies, CDs and books plus a separate music system for the pool area.
The whole house is air conditioned and fully equipped to a very high standard for up to 6 people.
The villa is a non smoking area but you have lots of

space outside around the pool and a half acre garden with lots of palm trees, fruit trees and flowering shrubs. Pick your own grapefruit and oranges.
We supply all bedding, tea towels, bath and pool towels. In the garage you will find full laundry facilities and lots of pool toys for the children.
There are bicycles and a full size table tennis table which we like to roll out onto the driveway.
There is a charcoal bbq in the outside sunbathing area and a gas bbq next to the pool.
There is a door leading from the pool to a very private sunbathing area complete with table, chairs, sun beds, barbecue, palm trees, grapefruit, orange trees and beautiful shrubs. The bird bath and feeders attract Blue

Jays, Red Cardinals and Wood Peckers. At night the shell area and garden is illuminated by a timed automatic flood lighting system.
Enjoy your own private swimming pool and outside dining area (lanai). The pool never falls below 85 degrees. The pool area is covered by a huge screen which keeps out leaves and bugs plus also helps to filter the suns rays. At night the pool has underwater lighting. This really does create a stunning effect. Wonderful for late night swimming under the stars. Sit on the underwater seat with your loved one, bask in the warm night air and listen to the chirping of the nightlife or put on a romantic CD, light a candle, raise your glass and celebrate another day in your new found paradise. A holiday you will never forget.

We employ a local management company run by Graham and Bernie who are English. They were originally guests of ours but liked the area so much they finished up moving here. They are a lovely couple and will help with any problems or advice about the area.
Graham calls once a week to clean the pool and mow the lawn and Bernie organises the cleaning and preperation of the villa prior to your arrival.

In case of emergency they are available 24 hours a day.
The nearest beaches are just a 10 minute drive away. They are white and sandy and most days you will see dolphins playing in the warm blue sea.
There are 30 local golf courses 4 of which are only 5 minutes away. The choice of restaurants is truly staggering. We enjoy the White Elephant where you can sit outside next to the water and listen to live music and watch the dolphins. Enjoy a salad for $4 plus a carafe of wine for only $8. A glass of iced water: free! Coke: $2.25. 2nd glass free. Iced tea: $2.25. 2nd glass free. Most restaurants offer free refills when you order coffee and soft drinks. But not on wine or beer ):
Try Mama’s a busy Italian restaurant where a family of 4 can enjoy a meal for less than $40. Pizza for 2..$10.
Farlows on the water offers fine dining, here you can sit outside with live music and great food. Outback Steakhouse, Blue Lagoon, Red Lobster, Chillies etc...

You have a choice of airports. Sarasota and Fort Myers are about a 1 hour drive. Tampa is ninety minutes away. Orlando and Mickey Mouse about 2 hours. Miami 3 hours. Driving in Florida is easier than the UK.
It is remarkable that although Florida has become one of the worlds leading holiday places it is still possible to get away from the madding crowd. The Gulf Coast hides miles of breathtaking natural beauty, pristine beaches, crystal clear waters and yet close to everything that matters. There are 4 supermarkets just a 5 minute drive away. One of Florida’s largest malls is 15 minutes away. Wonderful Walmarts just 5 minutes.
There really is everything you need here. Come on over and find out why we fell in love with the beautiful Gulf Coast of South West Florida. The real Florida. A late afternoon barbecue on the beach. A stroll along the white sand collecting seashells and sharks teeth! A swim in the clear bath like water and then return home to your own beautiful Florida holiday villa and relax away from the tourists. This will be a holiday you will treasure and talk about for a lifetime.
Do you fish? This area is a fishermans paradise. You can fish from the beach or in the many canals on Rotonda.
Spend the morning fishing then enjoy a bbq on Bocca Grand Beach, 15 minutes by car.
Discover deserted beaches and explore beautiful islands all just minutes away by boat on the spectacular intra coastal water-way. There are several companies offering guided tours or you can hire your own boat from Stump Pass Marina a 5 minute drive away. They also have a great Tiki bar with live music from local bands.
Palm Island Marina is home to Johnny Leverocks Restaurant. The freshest sea food in the area.
You can also take a ferry from this marina over to the Rum Bay Restaurant on exclusive Palm Island.
A truly great trip is to the White Elephant on Englewood Beach. Tie your boat up to their dock and eat, drink & enjoy. Ask for Steve, the best server in Florida. Mention our name and he will really take care of you.

We charge only £475.00 per week
We don’t charge extra for Xmas or school holidays.
A 20% deposit is due upon booking. The balance and £100 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. We can reserve weeks for you at no charge for 7 days to give you time to make your travel arrangements.
