It is one of 12 properties built in beautiful grounds with a stunning swimming pool [heated May-Sept.] Your own free car parking space. There is a handy bar and restaurant within walking distance at “Camping Caradon” where their chef does a superb Sunday Lunch with all the trimmings. Our cosy home is fully equipped for up to 4 people. It consists of a lounge. Open plan kitchen/diner. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Fully tiled modern shower room. Brand new kitchen with quality crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. 32” 70 channel flat screen TV and DVD. There is a coin operated laundry on site and iron and ironing board in the bungalow.
We provide all your bedding, you just need to bring towels and tea towels.
Mid May-mid July & all of September £350 per week.
Mid July-end of August £600 per week.
The rest of the year just £250 per week.
We have 3 simple rules. Because of the pool our insurance does not allow children under 2 years old.
No pets on the site and no smoking in the home.
Change over day is Friday.
We collect a 20% deposit upon booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Easter, Xmas and New Year only £250 per week.
