GENUINE BLACK FOREST CUCKOO CLOCKS

Our cuckoo clocks are handmade for us by Master Clock Maker Helmut Kammerer in the Black Forest, Germany and all to our own very unique design. All the cases are hand carved from solid wood and hand painted. Even the dials are made from wood.
They start from as little as £30 to over £1,000. Maike (Myca) who runs the shop is from the Black Forest in Germany where her father was a master clock maker. She was brought up surrounded by clocks and watches. Maike is assisted in the shop by Werner who is also from Germany and between them they share a vast knowledge of clocks. Our little shop has even been mentioned on national television. A bit of name dropping, why not? Richard and Judy of TV fame bought one of our cuckoo clocks and spoke about it on their Channel 4 TV show. You cannot imagine how many "Richard and Judy clocks" we sold after that. The ever popular "beer drinkers clock". Because they are hand made no two are ever the same.

The clock on Maike's right hand side with the large grey weight was made by Maike's Father. Every screw, nut and bolt was made by hand. All the cogs he sawed by hand from a sheet of brass and every tooth on every cog was made with a little hand file. A true master clockmaker.
